Why do guard incumbents believe that they can enkindle and expose innocent civilians sightly because they ar different aspect teenagers? I think that if a police officer sees a put one over that is on a skateboard or has baggy garb they take them for a braggart(a) person and think its alright to harass them even with away only when cause. Another opinion I encounter about cops is that they ar not on your positioning they were just kids who got harassed in school ad are followting revenge on society.         The primer coat I have these opinions is because all officers that I have progress in pass with has only been rude.
